SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through USPS to all of the United States. Unfortunately we are not offering International shipping at this moment. If you are international and really want to purchase, plus submit a form and we can add your country in. Please keep in mind certain items may have trouble making it through customs.

Any items that have a lighter will automatically be shipped USPS Parcel Select which is a standard 2-8 business days for ship time. Other orders will ship USPS priority which carries an average of 1-4 days. If you are ordering internationally your shipping process will be explained before you decide to purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to this being a custom order there are no RETURNS. If you receive your order and it's damaged it will be due to way shipping carrier handles. If it is severely damaged we are willing to work with you and possible send a replacement out in EXCHANGE for original item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are able to cancel within 8hrs of ordering, after that it is more than likely into production (meaning item ordered or prepped). As long as production has not been started we can cancel. If we have to order a custom item that we don't have in stock and you cancel you are subject to the cost of that item

We will work together to come up with a suitable solution for you. We kindly ask you to contact us first before taking to social media or public reviews so we have a chance to make it right. After all we are human and some mistakes can accidentally be made in design, production, or packaging process. So if you receive an error lets work to fix it.
